NOVUS has now broken into London after agreeing to collaborate with Middlesex University, its eighth University offering NOVUS courses.
The students at Middlesex University will benefit from NOVUS Lite, which provides students studying courses with a logistics, supply chain or operations management component with guaranteed placements for their third year. Additional benefits include guest lectures, mentoring and exposure to the sponsor companies that support NOVUS for graduate employment.
Middlesex University prides itself in getting people ready for their future – the partnership with NOVUS’ applied, industry-relevant education is ideal. Many of the NOVUS sponsor cohort have London-based operations or head offices, so the reciprocal benefits between students, sponsors and the University are aligned.
Anna Kyprianou, Pro Vice-Chancellor and Executive Dean, Faculty of Professional and Social Sciences, Middlesex University says: “We are delighted to be partnering with NOVUS whose mission to inspire tomorrow’s supply chain professionals chimes well with our own aspirations for our students. We look forward to working closely with NOVUS to provide our logistics, supply chain and operations management students with exceptional work-related opportunities and further strengthening our partnership in shaping our curriculum and contributing to our industry mentoring scheme to ensure that our students are prepared to have the best possible start to their professional careers.”
NOVUS is committed to providing superlative graduates as the long term, strategic answer to the serious skills gaps and shortfall of graduate talent evident in the logistics profession.
