Truckers wanted for research project

06 June 2019/Categories: CILT, Industry News, Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain

CILT is looking for truck drivers to participate in a project to help one of our graduate members with their research.

To take part, you:

Are working/worked as a commercial truck driver
Have experienced a job-related collision involving a death
Are not experiencing symptoms of PTSD
Are not under the care of a physician for PTSD
Communicate fluently in English
Have use of a cell phone with a camera
Have an email address
Have internet access
Are willing to participate in group discussions

The goal of this research is to learn about how truck drivers who experienced a trauma on the job coped with what happened to them and what changes they think are needed to support truckers dealing with trauma, now or in the future.

All participants will receive a $40 gift card. Contact Morgan Beaudry for more information and to get involved.
