Premium distribution space in Enfield, a top-10 UK location for last mile customer deliveries, is available to let, following Goodman’s acquisition of the 187,466 sq ft site in November 2019.

•       Enfield is already home to John Lewis, Tesco, Amazon, DHL and Iceland
 
Only 14 miles from Central London and in close proximity to the M25 via J25, Goodman London Enfield meets the growing need for high quality urban logistics space with strong connectivity. This will provide customers with access to a consumer base with a predicted purchasing power of £221.8bn within a 60-minute drivetime.
 
Forming part of Innova Business Park, the property was constructed in 2012 on a site that has had the same tenant since the 1980s, during which time the area has seen consistenty high demand. Customers will now be able to take advantage of this quality space at this sought-after location.
