PALLITE has created a new “Distancing at Work” range to help businesses protect employees as they return to work in offices and factories.
Recommendations have been made for offices to cease any form of hot-desking, whilst the sharing of stationery equipment may also be banned. The workforce will be encouraged to continue working from home where possible and continue the use of video conferencing, but offices spaces will require major reconfiguration to ensure adequate social distancing measures for those who cannot.
Factories and warehouses will also see further changes as there will be greater focus on hand hygiene for all employees and visitors, before and after handling deliveries, with frequent cleaning and disinfecting of equipment and work areas imposed. There will also have to be partitioning and social distancing on production and packing lines.
PALLITE’S “Distancing at Work” range includes:
- Screen Partitions to segregate workers who may be on a factory line or manual assembly
- Sanitiser Stations to ensure the workforce and visitors follow correct hand hygiene
- Table Partitions to allow office workers to safely work at their own desk and permit the correct social distancing measures whilst in the canteen
- Silhouette Screens to redirect foot traffic and further enforce distancing messaging
All PALLITE’s ‘pop-up’ products are made from 100% recyclable honeycomb paper and are supplied flat-packed. These highly customisable “Distancing at Work” products are extremely lightweight and super sturdy; they are the perfect solution to promote social distancing at work, shield employees and enforce company’s health and safety procedures.
Iain Hulmes, CEO, PALLITE, said: ‘We feel the enormous financial pressures on businesses as a result of COVID-19 and appreciate that any expenditure to comply with the latest government guidance is unbudgeted. However, we believe our low-cost, fully recyclable range of distancing at work products allow businesses to deliver maximum protection at minimum expense’
