Questionnaire for businesses who move goods between Great Britain and Northern Ireland

The government is looking for any CILT members and businesses that will be impacted by changes due to the implemented on the UK's approach to the Northern Ireland Protocol, to have their say on the impacts of the way goods move between Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Your business may be impacted by these changes if you can answer yes to any of the questions below.
  • Do you move goods between Great Britain and Northern Ireland?
  • Do you move goods between Great Britain and Northern Ireland on behalf of someone?
  • Are you based in Northern Ireland and currently receive goods from Great Britain?
  • Do you send parcels between Great Britain and Northern Ireland using Royal Mail or an express operator?

The questionnaire lets HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) identify who moves goods between Great Britain and Northern Ireland. It also gives you the opportunity to opt in to receive more information about updated guidance throughout the transition period.
