On Wednesday 18th November, the Institute and the MOD will be streaming a special seminar exploring the insights and observations from the professions’ response to Covid-19.
The event: Covid-19 Insights and Observations, is free to attend, and will bring together senior figures from the MOD, wider industry and academia to analyse the importance of resilience and the high-level lessons learnt across the profession in their activities with the NHS during the Covid-19 crisis. Sessions will examine the MOD’s support response to the pandemic and compare it to that of industry and other government departments to inform and educate actionable insights and recommendations.
The webinar will also consider:
- How the profession can use what we have learned
- The importance of resilience in the supply chain
- How to overcome changes in demand
- How defence contributed to the national effort
