The Hako extensive Operator Training programmes ensure that users can safeguard machine running costs, downtime and safe operation between service visits. Operator Training also includes general health & safety guidance, operator hazards and important clean down procedures. The training programme also benefits with the award of CPD points.

Adam Bennett our Technical Support and Health and Safety Manager says: ‘The CILT endorsement has given us the opportunity to offer a more formal and structured training programme that is now recognised by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. Our training programme has been adapted to be thorough and provides each operative with bespoke learning modules depending on their machine type, at the end of the modules there is an assessment which each operative has to pass to be awarded with the CILT certification. We are thrilled to have this status and any training that is provided is done to a high standard ensuring the operator knows the machine inside and out.’
