CILT is pleased to announce that its postponed Awards for Excellence 2020 will now be held on 17th March 2021. 

The rescheduled awards will take place virtually as a special online ceremony. 

The awards will celebrate success stories from around the profession, as we honour and applaud all of those who kept the world moving during the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Over the last twelve months, the logistics and transport profession has responded in a huge national effort to meet the demands of the global pandemic crisis. As the country witnessed an unprecedented medical challenge, the profession has played an integral role in providing an unprecedented logistical response to support it and we want to hear your story of how a person/people in your organisation have gone above and beyond during this time. 

This year, as part of CILT’s Awards for Excellence, we are asking our members to nominate an individual or team from your organisation or network as a #HiddenHero. 

#HiddenHero nominations can come from any of the sectors CILT represents, from the warehouse to the boardroom and from drivers to HR experts. 

We want to hear form you about how members of your organisation or network have made a difference to you, your company and the UK's response to the pandemic. 
 
Throughout the awards ceremony we will celebrate our #HiddenHeroes and highlight their incredible work.

If you would like to nominate someone from your network or organisation, send a 500-word summary describing the reasons for your nominee(s) is(are) a #HiddenHero. Email your proposal to helen.hardy@ciltuk.org.uk by 17.00hrs on Friday 5th February.
