Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport will be held virtually on Tuesday 9th March 2021 at 12.00hrs GMT.

The AGM will conduct the following items of ordinary business:

• To consider and if thought fit adopt the accounts for the year ended 30th September 2019 and the reports of the trustees and auditors
• To reappoint Mazars LLP as auditors and to authorise the trustees to agree their remuneration

The following grades are entitled to attend and vote: Member, Chartered Member, Fellow, Emeritus Fellow, Honorary Fellow.
