The deadline for submissions of abstracts for the 19th Annual
Transport Practitioners’ Meeting (TPM) is just days away. You now have until Thursday 11th February to submit your paper.
This year’s TPM will be held on 7th–8th July. Organised by PTRC Education and Research Services, in association with The Chartered Institute of Logistics Transport, TPM is the annual meeting place for all transport planners, placemakers, highway engineers and urban transport designers.
TPM brings the wider transport and built environment community together for two days of world class networking, idea sharing and lively debate.
This final Call for Papers is aimed at transport practitioners who would like to submit abstracts that share knowledge and fresh ideas on a wide range of transport topics and issues. For more information on the topics PTRC is keen to learn more about, click

The annual conference is split into a series of parallel streams, and further divided into several sessions. Each session lasts between 90 – 120 minutes and features presentations of the papers submitted.
Regardless of your career level, presenting at TPM offers numerous invaluable opportunities. More experienced practitioners will benefit from the unique opportunity to present to a diverse and knowledgeable community of peers, offering plenty of opportunity to debate and disseminate information presented. Young practitioners will gain confidence and enthusiasm for presenting to the friendly and knowledgeable audience of fellow professionals.
The TPM Committee will consider all submitted abstracts and debate which ones should be presented at the conference. Authors will be notified whether their abstract has been selected by the end of March.
