Transport minister Robert Goodwill has launched the government's latest road safety scheme, in conjunction with Think! aimed at motorcyclists.
Designed to encourage road users to take further training, the scheme will cover the key principles of riding including position, speed and observation.
World superbike rider Chaz Davies has publicly supported the notion having taken the road test earlier this year, despite being a regular road user since 1995.
The latest government safety campaign comes in light of recent statistics stating, whilst motorcyclists may only contribute to one per cent of total road traffic, it is considerably more likely to die in an incident whilst driving a motorbike as opposed to a car.
Transport minister Goodwill, said: "It is clear that no rider is ever too good for the road and there is always more to learn - even if you are a professional rider. I would encourage anyone who is a rider to go online and sign up for further training to help you stay safe."
