Funding of £1.7 million has been allocated to enable repair work to take place on small ports and harbours damaged by severe weather.
Some 21 communities across England are to benefit from the government investment, which will boost tourism and their economies.
Cornwall will be one of the main recipients of the money, with £35,405 going to fix holes in breakwater and trailing wall damage at Bude Harbour.
Penzance Harbour is to receive funding to carry out repairs on Lighthouse Quay and South Quay, which sustained damage to its sea wall and fresh water supply.
In Devon, Paignton will get £18,465 for repairs to foundation toe and fenders at East Quay and landing quay, while £19,250 will help restore the foundations of the East Quay wall.
Projects in East Riding, the Isle of Wight, Norfolk, Suffolk, West Sussex and Cambridgeshire will also benefit from funding.
Transport secretary Patrick McLoughlin said: "The government has already provided significant funding to reverse the damage caused by an exceptionally wet and windy winter. I want to see this additional money help the recovery in these coastal towns."
