Warley Carriers has been acquired by Northern Ireland based logistics company TST Group.

Like Warley Carriers, TST Group is a family-led business that provides end-to-end supply chain management, including haulage, logistics and warehousing.

With Warley Carrier’s strengths in express overnight groupage shipments, combined with TST’s market leading position in express, full load transportation between mainland UK and Ireland, the acquisition will further strengthen TST Group’s position in Irish Sea distribution. 

Warley Carriers has also been a shareholder in the Pallet-Track Network since 2017 and this will remain as part of the arrangement.

Liam Reid of TST Group explained: “Our relationship with Warley Carriers goes back more than 25 years so we know what an excellent business It is. 

“We know the values and culture that a family led business brings, being family owned and run ourselves, and the fact that Warley has been success fully operating for almost 50 years is a big appeal for us.”
