CILT(UK)’s Annual Conference will take place on Wednesday 22 June at Warwick Conferences, Coventry. This year’s theme is ‘Thriving in a Changing World’ and for the first time in CILT(UK) history, we are recruiting a Next Generation professional to Chair the conference.
This inaugural posting of a Next Generation conference chair, to accompany the theme of a changing world, requires applicants to submit a short video (up to two minutes) about their thoughts on the conference theme. Interviews with a panel of judges, including Bethany Windsor MILT, CILT (UK)’s Programme Manager for its next generation programmes, and Helen Gallimore FCILT, Associate Lecturer at University of Derby and previous CILT(UK) Conference host.
To meet the Next Generation criteria, the prospective applicants must be a member of CILT(UK) at graduate, affiliate or MILT level. The individual will need to be available in person on Wednesday 22 June in Coventry, and they must be comfortable with public speaking in front of a large audience of people.
The theme, ‘Thriving in a Changing World’, has been chosen to best showcase organisations that have undergone significant change in difficult circumstances and have prospered. Some of the confirmed speakers include:

• Paul Durkin, Chief Customer & Innovation Officer at Wincanton
