The parcel delivery firm, Paack Logistics UK has agreed to acquire a lease on a 195,143 square ft warehousing and logistics site in the West Midlands.

The site near Tamworth will serve as its main UK hub.

Avison Young acted on behalf of landlord Mileway on the deal, while Paack Logistics were advised by Roberts Van Wilshaw Chartered Surveyors.
