DHL Parcel UK has announced it will rebrand to DHL eCommerce in addition to launching three new sites supporting growth across its regional network.
The new openings, located in Coventry, Kidderminster and Preston, are part of DHL’s regional expansion project with more expected to launch in 2024 as DHL continue to increase capacity and expedite volume growth in the UK.
Peter Fuller, CEO DHL eCommerce UK, said: “As our business expands, it demands more substantial, highly automated, and comfortable spaces to not only uphold our unwavering commitment to delivering excellent service but also to foster outstanding working environments for our valued team members.
“At the same time the renaming to DHL eCommerce ensures consistent brand visibility and identity across all countries in which we operate and reflect our division’s business activities and strategy even better.”
These three new sites bring an investment total of £18.4 million across three regions and the investment in strategic regional sites is part of a wider £482 million investment in DHL’s UK operation.
