PLP has successfully concluded a lease agreement with popular plant based food brand Huel for a 71,800 sq ft space at PLP Milton Keynes, marking the beginning of leasing activities at the 135-acre logistics park in 2024.
The new PLP MK site offers modern business park facilities with excellent environmental, social, and governance (ESG) credentials.
This leased unit is part of Phase 1 at PLP MK, comprising 10 units with a total area of 1.06 million sq ft, designed in compliance with the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC) Carbon Net Zero standard.
The first five units, covering 920,800 sq ft, have been completed, while the remaining five units are currently under construction and expected to be delivered in late January 2024.
PLP MK is the first industrial and logistics business park of its size in the UK to achieve carbon net zero in its construction.
