Evri boosts courier benefits with Onsi partnership

16 July 2024/Categories: Industry News, Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain, Operations Management

Parcel delivery company Evri has announced a partnership with Onsi, a flexible benefits platform, to enhance its offering to couriers.

The company said that all 25,000-plus self-employed couriers, both new and existing, can access these benefits from the start of their time with Evri.

Evri explained that the benefits scheme is an addition to the couriers' existing benefits package and is completely free of charge.

Evri couriers will have two main new benefits, provided by Onsi:

  1. Wellbeing, which offers couriers benefits such as Digital GP, Digital Physio and support for mental health, finances and family.
  2. Discounts, to provide couriers with deals to save on everyday expenses, including nine major supermarkets and fuel discounts.

According to Evri, the most popular deals have been fuel and supermarkets, including Tesco, Shell, Aldi, Asda and Sainsbury's.

The company emphasised that their discounts could help relieve the pressure of some regular outgoings, with most people experiencing an increase in the cost of living.

Gary Robinson, Director of Final Mile at Evri, said: "Our couriers are at the heart of our business, and we recognise the importance additional benefits from platforms like Onsi can make to their work and home life.

"As our business continues to grow, it's an exciting time to join us and become a courier, working flexibly around other commitments."
