Under Paul’s guidance, we have seen significant progress and achievement in many areas.
Paul has supported CILT (UK) with launching new initiatives, fostering collaboration, navigating challenges to strengthening the values and mission that defines our work.
Paul brought not only strategic vision but also a sense of integrity, inclusiveness, and purpose to every decision made and has led with wisdom, humility, and a steady hand, ensuring that we remained focused, adaptable, and united through times of change and opportunity.
Whilst Chair, Paul had an integral part in starting up the MRG and was the first MRG Chair following the changes from the Representative’s Advisory Group.
As part of the role of the MRG Chair, Paul was a representative on the CILT (UK) Board where views from CILT (UK) members are heard and discussed.
Paul also had an influential involvement in the updating and rewriting of the Bye-Laws and the recent Governance Review.
As Paul steps down from the role, we want to express our gratitude for the lasting impact Paul has built and a foundation on which we can continue to build, and we wish him every success for the future.
We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Salmon as the new Chair of the MRG.
