The largest fully-fitted unoccupied warehouse in the country is now available to let.
Known as Bigfoot, the 995,957 sq ft Royal Oak distribution centre in Daventry has been put on the market following the departure of its previous occupant, Tesco. The facility is being leased by owners Goodman, who bill it as a one-of-a-kind opportunity.
The site is located in the UK's distribution 'Golden Triangle', with easy access to the international rail freight terminal, East Midlands Airport and the M1. This provides fast connections to London, Birmingham and the north.
Charles Crossland, managing director of Goodman, said: "The warehouse offers a single customer, or a number of customers, an opportunity to fulfil vast logistics requirements in a prime location."
The company is being advised by property specialists North Rae Sanders, Colliers International and Jones Lang La Salle. The facility is available for immediate occupation, with the owners expecting to receive a high volume of enquiries.
