Clipper Logistics has taken a 342,622 sq ft warehouse at Grange Park in Northampton to help it service a contract it won with Zara.
The space has been provided by logistics real estate manager Prologis - and the third-party logistics provider will use it as a destination hub for all of Zara's online sales in the UK.
This comes in the wake of Clipper winning a contract with Inditex - parent company of the fashion retailer.
Inditex is the largest fashion retail group in the world, boasting more than 6,460 stores across 88 countries.
Prologis will work together with Clipper to secure planning permission for work that it will be necessary to carry out on the site. It is hoped the building will be fully operational by Autumn 2015.
