InPost, the innovative send, collect and return parcel locker service, today announces that it has appointed Ian Caminsky as CEO of InPost UK. It has also mobilised five industry heavyweights as part of its newly established InPost Advisory Council to help drive forward its ambitious growth plans.
New CEO of InPost UK, Ian Caminsky has more than twenty years’ experience helping to build multi-million pound businesses, most recently at Tesco where as Director of Partnerships and Business Development he launched a third party retailer marketplace on Tesco Direct and managed the development of the Tesco Partners Programme. Prior to this Ian acted as Head of Business Development at Google Inc. where he spearheaded the Company’s business in Canada and lead a sales team that serviced Fortune 500 companies.
InPost has also enlisted the support of David Spottiswood, former Director of Global Operations at DHL Express, as its Non-Executive Chairman. Further expertise will be provided by the new InPost Advisory Council, comprising of: Peter Somers, former Executive Committee Member for bpost; Neil Sachdev, Non-Executive Director for intu PLC and former Property Director at both Sainsbury’s and Tesco; Peter Williams, Chairman of boohoo.com and former Non-Executive Director of ASOS; and John Acton, Managing Partner of DPI Europe and former Executive Vice President and Board Member of the DPD Group.
