Chancerygate is planning for the development of a £9 million multi-unit industrial development in Portsmouth, which will be branded Pioneer Park.
The move comes as part of the commercial property developer's wider £100 million programme for expansion into new regions.
To this end, a new three-acre site in Portsmouth was purchased from Segro and Roxhill, which will be used to provide 70,000 sq ft of warehouse and distribution units.
Once construction is completed, the logistics spaces will be made available for third parties to rent or buy.
Easy access to the A27 trunk road is offered by the site, with Junction 12 of the M27 around two miles away.
Jonathan Lee, development manager for Chancerygate, said: "We will be creating a range of space at Pioneer Park that can provide a unit of 5,000 sq ft through to a single building of 47,500 sq ft."
