Twenty four teachers from a logistics vocational college in Southern China, Hunan College, one of the leading logistics colleges in the region, has spent the last three weeks at the University of Derby.

Their government has sponsored them to be trained. The purpose of the 3 weeks training to is learn the UK approach of delivering work-based learning programmes and they are looking to offer the programme in their region to expand their offering in the education market. 

This was an ideal opportunity for them to be introduced to Business on the Move, where a lively session took place during the morning. A challenging aspect to the session was bridging the language barrier, but with the help of interpreters, the concept of the game was soon realised by the teachers and before long, the game was in full flow. 

The teachers were totally enthused and immersed in the game and feedback received endorsed  the underlying value of the game as a valuable teaching resource.
