DHL’s multi award-winning drinks logistics arm Tradeteam has renewed its partnership with Bibendum PLB Group to manage the warehousing and distribution of wine, spirits, beers and soft drinks to all of Bibendum’s on trade and wholesale customers throughout England, Wales and Scotland for a further ten years. 
 
The contract provides long-term supply chain stability as well as flexibility to support the growth as Bibendum continues to strengthen its business in the UK.
 
DHL’s solution provides access to a shared-user large pack delivery network which is a key growth area for composite drinks deliveries.  DHL will also be providing replenishment services as well as customer services. 
 
The new deal includes investment in sector-leading technology to enable real time order status tracking, improving the flow of information between the delivery fleet and customer services, and enhancing the customer experience for BPLB’s customers.
 
In order to drive efficiency across the expanding operation, new warehouse space will be sought to deliver market-leading levels of service and costs for the wines and spirits sector in the UK.
