Northern Pets has chosen a warehouse management system (WMS) from MNP to support its efforts to fulfil customer orders faster and more efficiently. 

The firm specialises in supplies and accessories for parrots - and by adopting services from MNP, it will be able to improve its overall customer service. 

Managing director of Northern Pets Mike Taylor said the company needed to improve the control it exercises over its inventory, Logistics Manager reports. 

"We are convinced that the MNP WMS has the capability to deliver our requirements through the use of the advanced system including mobile devices," he commented. 

Mr Taylor added that he wanted to be able to select items in such a manner that would enable the business to fulfill multiple orders simultaneously. 

However, accuracy would need to be maintained and improved in addition to this - and Mr Taylor expressed confidence the MNP offering would make this possible.
