A new 235,000 sq ft mega shed has been jointly unveiled by British Airways Pension Fund and db Symmetry.
Situated close to junction 11 of the M40, the facility includes 10,000 sq ft of offices and 225,000 sq ft of warehouse accommodation.
The distribution and production facility has a clear height of 13.25 m, in addition to 20 dock levellers and two level access doors.
This is complemented by 136 car parking spaces with 47 dedicated HGV parking spaces and 50 m yard depths.
The launch comes in the wake of Prodrive Motorsports' relocation to its new prestigious headquarters at the site.
Prodrive development director Chris Walkingshaw said the facility is a landmark that around 600,000 people drive past every week.
"There certainly is an opportunity for other occupiers to capitalise on the convenience and prominence of this location which is attracting not only distribution but also advanced engineering businesses like ourselves," he commented.
