Alloga UK has taken a new 220,000 sq ft warehouse at the 120-acre Castlewood scheme in the East Midlands, which is owned by Clowes Developments.
The firm, a pharmaceutical distribution business and a member of the Walgreens Boots Alliance, confirmed that work on the site is due to commence in the coming weeks, with a target completion date of Q4 2016.
Household names such as the Co-Op and Bombardier are among those that have already let space at the facility.
Under the terms of the latest deal, a new plot will be constructed adjoining Alloga's current base.
James Richards, development director at Clowes, said he is particularly pleased to see Alloga taking more space.
"To see their growth and expansion is thrilling and satisfying as we now embark upon the latest phase of their expansion and construct a new 220,000 sq ft facility," he commented.
