Yusen Logistics UK has expanded its Priority Services Desk, to give improved support to its aerospace customers.
The logistics company's air freight forwarding service will now be able to help its clients deliver cargo deliveries that are time sensitive, reports Logistics Manager.
It was customer demands that brought about the Priority Services Desk expansion, overall they stated that they required a more personalised and added-value support for their supply chains.
Export manager for Yusen Logistics Mohammed Khan stated that the company now delivers a "highly personalised service" and that it is aware of its consumer's needs.
He continued: "Most of the material we transport is critical and we know what this means to our clients."
The company's services desk seeks to provide solutions for Yusen customers, who can and often do have complicated circumstances when it comes to their supply chains.
Mr Khan voiced the acknowledgement of this on behalf of Yusen saying that it always has a "range of solutions to surpass expectations".
