Royal Mail has won a one-year contract with Joules to handle customer deliveries for the British lifestyle brand.
In order to successfully deliver packages across the UK for Joules, Royal Mail will be handling deliveries through its Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services.
These services have seen Royal Mail extend its late acceptance times at its National Distribution Centre in Northampton by up to 11:30pm for next-day delivery with its Tracked 24 service and in two days with Tracked 48.
This change in its late acceptance times was the main driver for the partnership between Joules and the postal service company.
As such, Joules' customers will now be able to place online orders with the lifestyle brand before 8pm for delivery by Royal Mail the next working day.
Nick Landon, managing director for Royal Mail Parcels, said: "We are delighted that Joules has become one of the first brands to fully make use of the later acceptance times at our national distribution centre.
"We take customer service just as seriously as Joules, and as their chosen delivery partner, we are committed to delivering their brand promise on their behalf."
