MDC wanted to make a contribution to celebrate European Supply Chain Day 2016, so we caught up with Pat Smedley, one of the co-creators of the globally successful game, ‘Business on the Move’. Pat explains a little about how the game works and who it appeals to. The board game is a novel approach to teaching people of all ages about the supply chain industry and businesses as a whole. The motto for supply chain day is "Logistics paves the way” and all companies and institutions active in the field of logistics and supply chain management are encouraged to organise events and activities.

Supply Chain Day is now in it’s third year and we’re very happy to be supporting something that promotes awareness and understanding of our industry.
