Entries are now closed for the CILT NW Awards for Education & Excellence with over 20 organisations entering or nominating a colleague to be recognised on 24th June at the Iconic Titanic Hotel Liverpool, Stanley Dock, Regent Rd, Liverpool L3 0AN. The Awards will be announced at a gala dinner, hosted by Dave Guest; Senior Reporter for the BBC’s North West Tonight, with further presentations from Mark Basnett Executive Director Liverpool City Region LEP, Beverley Bell erstwhile President of the CILT, Alex Hynes Managing Director of Northern Rail and Kevin Richardson CEO of the CILT.
The finalists come from a wide range of organisations including AECOM; ACL; Andrew Drewary Consultancy; Anthony's Travel; Eddie Stobart Ltd.; General Mills; Liverpool John Moores University; Lynne Rumsby Consulting; Merseytravel; Northern Rail; Northwest Education & Training Ltd; Peel Ports; Pets at Home; Swift Despatch; The Culina Group and Transport for Greater Manchester.

The pinnacle of the NW Region annual programme the CILT NW Awards for education and excellence is a celebration of everything that is good in the Transport sector. Hosted again by the BBC's Dave Guest at the iconic Rum Warehouse of the Titanic Hotel, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the evening is guaranteed to be an enjoyable networking experience, especially with the return of UTC who once again will be providing the musical entertainment.
