APC Overnight’s new services unlock fresh opportunities for SMEs

22 June 2016/Categories: Industry News

APC Overnight has partnered with a range of parcel locker specialists to offer a new range of delivery services to its 10,000 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) customers.

The urgent delivery network claims that it has strengthened its click-and-collect, second class mail and international delivery options after teaming up with InPost, Whistl and Air Menzies International.

APC Overnight - the UK's largest delivery network with more than 115 depots nationwide - has also introduced an online booking tool for customers called APC Direct.

Jonathan Smith, CEO at Cannock-based APC Overnight, reckons that the growth of many SMEs may have been limited as a result of not having access to services like these previously. He hoped that the new competitively-priced offerings would help customers unlock opportunities in new markets.

“We know that SMEs are concerned that their lack of options for delivery services has a direct impact on their growth prospects in the UK and abroad,” he commented.

“We wish to grow with our customers, many of whom started using us when they were sending a few parcels per week.”
