SEC Group strengthens delivery capability with Arun Sharma as Group Operations Manager

SEC Group has appointed Arun Sharma as Group Operations Manager, bringing tighter operational oversight across planning, delivery and on-site execution. 

Arun joined SEC in August 2025 and is a central figure in ensuring projects are executed smoothly, consistently, and to the quality standards clients expect. In his role, he is focused on building a high-performing operations function, one that works as a single, aligned team across design, delivery, software, and on-site execution.

Sitting where the detail really matters, he brings structure to planning, sequencing and day-to-day delivery, keeping workstreams aligned from design through to installation and systems sign-off. As SEC takes on more technically demanding projects, including software-supported integrations, that operational grip helps projects move forward without unnecessary friction. 

Arun brings 12 years’ experience in automation technology, with senior management roles spanning project delivery, design leadership, and software implementation. His background provides a practical combination of operational discipline and systems understanding, helping bridge the gap between design intent and real-world delivery, particularly on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

This appointment supports SEC’s continued growth trajectory, ensuring the foundations of project delivery, team alignment, and operational governance keep pace with market demand.
