Vision 2035

What will the next 25 years hold, and what challenges and pressures will emerge to shape the way transport systems evolve? The CILT has attempted to examine the forces of change and develop a vision for 2035. Vision 2035 is a report on the future of logistics and transport in the UK.

However, it also calls for more work to be done in key areas to ensure that the benefits of the new line are maximised.

Standard for construction logistics: Managing work related road risk (WRRR)

CILT along with industry specialists have worked collaboratively in creating a single standard for construction logistics. Standard for construction logistics: Managing work related road risk (WRRR) provides the standard for both construction logistic operators and construction clients and sets out the requirements in relation to collision reporting, traffic routing, and safety equipment for vehicles, training for drivers and the control of traffic to and from a site, particularly during peak hours.
