The 20th LRN Annual Conference and PhD Workshop 2015
Wednesday 9th September - Friday 11th September 2015
The Annual Logistics Research Network (LRN) Conference is CILT’s leading academic event. It attracts academics and practitioners who want to know about the latest research insights in logistics and supply chain management and to hear high-level speakers who are at the cutting-edge of logistics and supply chain research and practice.
The LRN Conference is one of the main European forums for the presentation of research results, current practice and new ideas in supply chain management, logistics and transport. Papers are invited from academics, researchers and practitioners working in the field of logistics, transportation and supply chain management. It offers a unique opportunity to listen to and meet many of the top logistics and supply chain professors and to spot the academic stars of the future amongst the younger researchers and academics who present at the conference.
For the 20th Anniversary year, the 2015 conference will theme focus on work involving resource efficiency and sustainability in relation to supply chain management and logistics operations. It is hoped for this conference to demonstrate the current, promising research work within the theme in terms of its trends, challenges, and opportunities, so as to discover and explore new research directions for the research community and the practitioners.
Authors wishing to prepare a paper for the conference are invited to submit a (strictly no more than) 500-word abstract for consideration by the organising committee. The full abstract criteria including the topics covered can be found here.
