Aligned with the Welsh Government’s National Transport Delivery Plan and wider policy goals, the RTPs aim to improve connectivity, promote sustainable and active travel, support economic development, and contribute to the decarbonisation of the transport system. They are a key mechanism for ensuring that local and regional transport priorities are coordinated, evidence-led, and contribute to a more equitable and efficient transport network across Wales.Speakers
