Please join us for an exciting event about the development of a renewable-powered EV charging station with off-vehicle hybridised energy storage, addressing the trilemma of EV infrastructure growth, renewable generation, and grid constraints.

This event is an opportunity to learn about the FEVER project and share your views about fleet transport electrification with the research team. The day will include expert speakers from the FEVER research team and interactive workshop activities, and industry networking opportunities throughout.  

This event will be of particular interest to those working in the road freight transport sector, operators of commercial vehicle fleets (HGV and LCV), fleet and transport managers, and those with an interest in learning about the challenges associated with EV fleet charging and ways to overcome them.

•  Presentation: ‘Technical Issues around rapid charging infrastructure for commercial vehicles’ -  Dr Iain Mosely, Director of Power Electronics, Nyobolts
•  Networking Lunch
•  Interactive workshop activities exploring:  potential commercial vehicle applications; types of users for integration with FEVER sites; wider benefits for the industry of establishing FEVER sites
