With the future trade relationship with the European Union becoming centre stage, how the UK will ensure its trade resilience is pivotal in the negotiations.  The Dover Straits is the trade conveyor belt for the nation, and hence its role in trade resilience can lead the way for success.  Doug Bannister will explore this topic in greater detail, as well as provide an indication of the long term strategic issues facing the Port of Dover.
