The Rail Freight Forum programme for 2025 begins with two more inspiring speakers from Network Rail. Mark Goodall, Route Director Wessex will draw upon his experience in the industry to talk about “Leadership in rail freight in 2025”Greg March, Freight Business Development Manager, will focus upon “New Energies”. These topics underscore the ways in which today's railway continues to innovate and develop means of carrying more of the essential goods we need and want. They look to a future in which the railway becomes more digitally driven, with new skills to be learned and new jobs created for people from all backgrounds. The concluding part of the evening will be the “Industry Update” from the Forum Chair, Julian Worth.
