Sainsbury’s commitment to helping customers live well for less has been at the heart of what they have been doing since 1869. As we celebrate our 150th birthday, we welcome you to visit one of our newest distribution centres in Basingstoke that is a fast moving multi temperature food DC.

Delegates will learn about the history of the site and its unique rebuilding programme as well as how the distribution centre serves its regional stores within the Sainsbury’s National Logistics network, including reverse logistics and how we are leveraging the scale of the Group.

Following a presentation, delegates will be taken in groups on a tour of the site highlighting its day-to-day operations and site dynamics.

After the tour, we will hold a question and answer session and delegates are welcome to stay with us for a networking opportunity.

A light buffet and refreshments will be provided.
