Information Service

The Knowledge Centre provides an Information Service to CILT members.

The team in the Knowledge Centre will accept member enquiries and will utilise in house resources and any other appropriate internal or external information resources to provide information, quickly, efficiently and thoroughly.

Peter Huggins

Knowledge Centre Manager
Peter has been with the Institute for over 20 years and has developed a breadth of knowledge concerning the industries we serve. A trained librarian, Peter has moulded the Knowledge Centre into the thriving information hub we know today.

Jean Miller

Knowledge Centre Co-ordinator
Jean provides essential administrative support for the Knowledge Centre.

Jean’s role includes managing the Knowledge Centre’s library loan service, library requests and book orders.
