As a member, the telephone legal helpline is free for you to use.
Access the free telephone helpline service, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Lyons Davidson’s team of legal advisors are available whenever you need them and are able to discuss legal queries you may have. Offering straightforward and friendly legal advice, they are there to help you find practical legal solutions that you can implement yourself where possible.

If you need a lawyer to act for you, the legal advisors will put you in touch with one of Lyons Davidson’s specialist teams to discuss how they can help and what any charges will be.

To speak to the legal helpline team please call 01172 442 794, quoting CILT. You may also be required to provide your membership number.

How can I use this member benefit?

Everyone will require legal assistance at some point in their lives. A discussion with a legal advisor would be an excellent first step if you need help with:

  • Purchasing a property
  • An accident you’ve been involved in
  • Problems at work
  • Ensuring that you’ve made adequate provision for those closest to you
