Ebsco (Business Intelligence Service) is an online portal to over 7,000 trade and academic magazines from all around the world. Dovetailing nicely with World Newspapers Today, Ebsco will save you time and money as you trawl the globe to expand your logistics and transport knowledge
Access to Croner-I
A trusted source of information covering Road Haulage, International Trade and Health and Safety. A searchable database, available to you directly on a 24-hour license, whether you are looking for general information, training materials, compliance information or want to inform a long-term strategy, Croner- I will supply all the information you need.
Access to Croner Salary Search
Data collected from around 3,000 employers, across all industries, covering almost 50,000 job records, using continuous research into pay and benefits. These national figures contain the largest sample available. Corporate members can request information on specific job roles, and compare their organisation with similar size businesses, in certain sectors, geographic locations – region, county, city, town, and other filters, to benchmark against the pay and benefits packages available.
Corporate members day
Corporate Members Day provides the chance to buid networks with senior representatives of your fellow corporate members. This Annual event opens with a Leading Edge speaker and includes a networking lunch among the many other opportunities.

Inclusion in relevant directories
Service providers will be listed in the service providers directory giving maximum exposure on your products and services to a targeted audience relevant to you. All other categories will qualify for a listing in the student hub signposting through to your graduate recruitment scheme or academic partnership details. The listing is available in the members’ and public areas of the web site for maximum accessibility and exposure of your organisation. The web site currently generates well over 18,000 visits a month. This figure is akin to the readership figures of a magazine and the Institute is currently working with ABC-E to audit these figures. ABC is the industry’s auditors and authenticates figures quoted for readership.
Training
Preferential rates on all courses and qualification for our corporate members. Rates are available to all employees of the corporate organisation and not just those that are in membership enabling you to demonstrate your commitment to employees CPD and make financial savings on this provision. We offer a diverse range of technical courses in a variety formats, from evening lecture series such as the Principles of Traffic and Transport, to one and two day public courses like Modelling for Non-Modellers. We additionally offer in-house trainings, providing a highly cost-effective solution for employers seeking to train 10 or more employees.
