• Safety – Is paramount and we actively promote a culture of safety in our temporary workforce reinforcing on a weekly basis our clients clear and in most cases excellent induction.
•  Active involvement – On a day to day basis our drivers are actively involved with our consultants and driver supervisors which allows them to keep safety, defensive driving and customer care at the forefront of our driver’s daily routine.
• Welfare – It is paramount where we procure drivers from outside our client’s area and provide accommodation for them, we also ensure that their welfare and housing is of a very high standard. This ensures that there are no impediments to punctuality and seamless integration with the clients own workforce.
• Meeting customers’ requirements - We work exceedingly hard to satisfy client’s requirements and as a dedicated Bus and Coach Industry supplier we are fully committed to the Industry and actively promote and encourage drivers to seek full time positions with our client companies.

While there is a general shortage of skilled drivers we will always manage to alleviate driver shortage through joined up thinking with our clients and our reputation with the available driver pool.

We also initiate and manage major overseas recruitment programmes to bring new drivers into the UK and manage the whole process including housing and all other welfare and statutory issues.
