Menzies Distribution, headquartered in Edinburgh, was founded in 1833 and operates from over 100 sites across the UK and Ireland. Menzies Distribution distributes over 29.5m units across its network every week, to over 30,000 locations each day, including, newspapers and magazines, retail stock and POS, healthcare consumables and parcel delivery services. Employing over 5,000 people, and operating with over 4,000 vehicle assets, the Menzies Distribution Group has annual turnover in excess of £1.2bn.  

In December 2020, Menzies Distribution Group acquired Bibby Distribution, now Menzies Distribution Solutions, from the 213 year old, family owned Bibby Line Group, adding 38 new operating sites and a large, young fleet to the well established and successful Menzies platform.
