Meet employers from the logistics and transport sectors providing opportunities in supply chain management, transport planning, operations management and a range of graduate placements.

The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) is gearing up to host its first ever LIVE Virtual Careers Fair. This interactive Careers Fair will be streamed live on CILT’s Facebook page on Wednesday 22nd November at 18:00hrs.

Cambridgeshire Country Council (CCC) will be on hand to answer your questions directly in real time using our online chat technology.

CCC has a range of important functions. From a transport perspective, its responsibilities include the planning, management and delivery of the local transport network and associated infrastructure.

Cambridgeshire is growing, with plans for major new communities and significant increases in jobs and economic output. It is essential that the transport network can enable and facilitate this growth in a sustainable way.

CCC’s transport teams are made up of transport professionals from a range of backgrounds (modelling, transport planning, infrastructure delivery, public transport, walking and cycling), all of whom contribute to a network that facilitates productive and sustainable movement in Cambridgeshire.

CILT’s LIVE Virtual Careers Fair will include presentations, live talks and question and answer opportunities. Registration is FREE and open to all students looking for a career in the ever-evolving world of logistics and transport.

Students will be able to interact with prominent recruiters, leading organisations and high-profile industry professionals from the comfort of their own home, at no cost, and will gain a head start in understanding the profession and learn more about the opportunities available within the worlds of logistics and transport.

Students can register online for this free, career-changing fair and ensure that their details are given to top industry recruiters.
