Transport for London (TfL) has published its London’s 2030 Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Strategy. In October, TfL launched a draft summary document and since then has been engaging with various stakeholders to incorporate feedback into the full report.
TfL's 2030 strategy builds on the work it did in 2019 in our Delivery Plan, going further to set out its vision, address recent trends and policy changes, estimate the infrastructure needs to 2030 and considers how this could be delivered. It outlines how far TfL has come in removing the barriers to implementing EV infrastructure and explores how the private and public sector can do more. TfL used the Mayor’s EV Infrastructure Taskforce as a sounding board for the work and they have provided valuable input.
