Tania Barker and CILT(UK)'s Director of Service Delivery, Shaun Fardy, recently appeared on the Health Care Supply Association (HCSA)'s SupplyCast, where they gave an update on the initial results of the NHS-CILT(UK) Learning and Development Academy with presenter Andrew Jackson and Zac Hawkins one of the NHS-CILT(UK) learners from the academy pilot.

The Academy, which was officially launched on 13 November 2024 at the annual HCSA Conference, represents a significant investment in NHS workforce development.

The programme has the potential to provide tailored training solutions to over 1,400 NHS staff members, focusing specifically on healthcare operations and supply chain management.

The podcast discussion, which explored the Academy's early achievements and future potential, is available on Spotify for those interested in learning more about the programme's development and impact on NHS operations.

Further details about the Academy, including comprehensive case study information, can be found in CILT(UK)'s official documentation on the programme's implementation and objectives.

The full podcast interview is available on Spotify. Additional information about the Academy can be accessed via CILT(UK)'s case study documentation.
