Members urged to share career stories for Generation Logistics campaign

Institute News

26 November 2025/Categories: CILT, Industry News, Logistics & Supply Chain, Membership

The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT UK) is calling on members to help shape the future perception of the logistics profession by submitting your career stories as part of the Generation Logistics campaign.

The initiative aims to highlight the vast opportunities and real-life experiences within the sector, showcasing the breadth of roles available and the varied pathways professionals have taken.

Members are encouraged to take just ten minutes to complete a short case study through a Google Form.

Submissions will be featured on the Generation Logistics “Stories” page, aiming to offer potential recruits an authentic look at life in logistics. From entry-level roles to senior leadership journeys, every story plays a crucial role in inspiring the next generation.

Participants are also asked to provide a photograph – a simple selfie is perfectly acceptable. By sharing your experiences, members can directly support efforts to attract fresh talent and demonstrate the wide-ranging career prospects within logistics.
